If for any reason you decide that your SRFACE items aren’t right for you within 30 days from the day you receive them, the return process is easy. Simply activate your return label here. We charge €5 per returned item to promote conscious consumption, minimizing our collective carbon footprint. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Your return label is now activated
Use the return label provided with your order. If you're returning a product from outside of the European Union (except the United Kingdom and USA), we will email you your return label within 3 business days. In case you didn't receive a return label with our order, please contact our customer service.
Put the label on the outside of your SRFACE wetsuit bag. Please ensure your wetsuit is clean and dry
Drop the package off at a UPS Access Point and ask for your tracking number ups.com/dropoff
Your refund will be processed via the payment method used to place the order, usually within 10 business days from the day that your item has been received. We’ll deduct €5 per returned item from your refund to promote conscious consumption.
