From

SRFACE wetsuit

$ 329

Water Sealed Neck, Arms And Legs

Keeps water where it belongs... in the ocean

Carefully designed to keep water out and prevent your SRFACE wetsuit from stretching and losing its shape after intensive use.

Taped Inside Seams

Water resistant and rash reducing

Taping the inside of our seams is the third line of defence against water entering your wetsuit. Our new generation of 0.5mm thin neoprene tape is neatly heat welded onto the seams, eliminating excess glue on the tape's edges and reducing chafing against the skin. Featured on all SRFACE wetsuits.

Glued And Blind Stitched (GBS)

Balancing out flexibility and durability

All panels are triple glued before being blind stitched together. The needle doesn't fully penetrate the neoprene, keeping it waterproof. Glue dots on all seam intersections prevent the thread from unraveling. GBS (glued and blind stitched) balances out flexibility and durability.

Techniques

Water Sealed Neck, Arms and Legs

Carefully designed to keep water out and prevent your SRFACE wetsuit from stretching and losing its shape after intensive use.

Proven panel layout

The SRFACE panel design is optimized to create the best combination of comfort, warmth, flexibility and durability. Producing wetsuits in small batches allows us to continuously update and improve our designs, based on your feedback.

Drain Hole

Lets water out, not in. In the unlikely case of water entering your wetsuit after a big wipeout, via the shoulder opening and wetsuit layer below, the drain hole allows water to drain out before it can touch your skin, helping to keep you warm and dry.

Drain Hole

Zip

YKK zip

SRFACE wetsuits use an open ended zip with detached zip halfs. This means manually closing your zip, but allows us to use a shorter zip which offers more flexibility in the shoulders. This construction also prevents damage to the zip teeth and runner while getting in and out of your wetsuit. YKK ensures quality and durability for years to come.

YKK zip

Shoulder toggle

Elastic tensioner with toggle allows you to apply pressure on the shoulder opening preventing water from entering your wetsuit. The sticky print design detail to the shoulder offers additional closure to the shoulder opening seal.

FAQ

  • Choose the Heat if you’re surfing in very cold and windy conditions. The smoothskin panels protect against windchill and the sealed seams make the wetsuit almost water proof. Choose the Remix if you’re looking for a more all-round high quality wetsuit that performs well in all conditions. It will be a little colder than the Heat in windy conditions. However, it’s more flexible than the Heat and Yamamoto #40 neoprene is slightly warmer in normal surfing conditions than our regular limestone neoprene.

  • SRFACE Heat wetsuits are optimized for insulation, offer extra windchill protection and are ideal for colder conditions and longer sessions. Our Heat wetsuits feature limestone neoprene, 360° stretch lining, a single lined smoothskin chest and back panel, 100% liquid sealed and taped seams, plush insulation and sealed cuffs.

SRFACE Flex wetsuits are designed for maximum freedom of motion and are ideal for warmer days and shorter sessions.
