Shipping is free on orders over €150/£150/$150 for most countries. For some countries outside of the EU we charge a fee which will be added in the checkout. For orders under €150/£150/$150 we charge a minimum of €5/£5/$5 shipping depending on your country.
Our products are usually shipped on the day the order is placed. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Depending on the country where you live, you can expect your items to take 1 to 5 business days to arrive at your door. Our carrier does not deliver packages on Saturdays, so if you order a wetsuit on friday it will be usually delivered after the weekend.
Belgium, France, Germany and The Netherlands: 1-3 business days
Rest of the EU: 2-5 business days

Sofern die Produkte in einem annehmbaren Zustand sind, stellen wir eine Rückerstattung aus, sobald die Produkte bei uns eingegangen sind. Wir berechnen 7 € pro zurückgesendetem Artikel (20 € für Länder außerhalb der EU und des Vereinigten Königreichs). So fördern wir einen bewussteren Konsum und helfen gemeinsam, unseren CO₂-Fußabdruck zu verringern. Der Betrag wird von deiner Rückerstattung abgezogen. Deine Rückerstattung wird über die Zahlungsmethode abgewickelt, welche du bei der Bestellung verwendet hast. Dies geschieht gewöhnlich 10 Arbeitstage nach der Bestätigung dass dein zurückgeschicktes Produkt empfangen wurde. Falls du eine Debit Card verwendet hast, sollte der Betrag innerhalb von fünf Arbeitstagen auf deinem Konto sein. Bei Kreditkarten kann dies länger dauern; dann sollte der Betrag innerhalb von sieben Arbeitstagen auf deinem Konto sein. Bei Paypal kann es bis zu zwei Arbeitstagen dauern.
