At SRFACE, we make uncompromising wetsuits: high-end, fairly priced, and sold direct-to-consumer. Since launching in 2018, we’ve grown rapidly across Europe — with thousands of loyal customers and one clear goal: to become the world’s leading surf brand.

We’ve built a product surfers trust, a brand they believe in, and a growing community of over 150 ambassadors and affiliate partners — including some of Europe’s top surfers and creators. Now, we’re looking for a super pro-active, creative Content & Community Intern who’s ready to get out there, make things happen, and create content surfers can’t scroll past.

This is your chance to gain real experience inside a fast-growing international surf brand — working directly with our founders, ambassadors and creative team to turn ideas into content the surf world talks about.

This is a hands-on internship where you’ll help create and share content that connects with surfers across Europe — with plenty of support and coaching from our team. You will:

• Contribute ideas, concepts and simple storyboards for social content
  
• Help create videos and photos for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — from filming to editing
  
• Capture authentic moments behind the scenes with the SRFACE team, ambassadors and community
  
• Write short, on-brand captions for social posts and newsletters
  
• Research trends, sounds and creators we can tap into
  
• Support our ambassadors and creative team in bringing content ideas to life

• You have a passion for surf culture — you speak the language, feel the rhythm and know the scene
  
• You have some experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok, with an eye for what gets views and engagement
  
• You’re curious, full of ideas, and keen to contribute creatively
  
• You’re comfortable giving filming, interviewing, editing and sharing content a try (with guidance from our team)
  
• You’re creative, confident and hands-on with a can-do attitude
  
• You’re organised, proactive and eager to learn
  
• Bonus points if you’ve used a camera, drone, or video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
  
• This role is ideal for a marketing, media, or creative student who needs to complete a practical internship as part of their studies
