SRFACE is a direct-to-consumer wetsuit scaleup focussed on designing high-end products and delivering exceptional customer service. Since the launch of our brand in 2018 we’re growing rapidly in Europe.

We’re a passionate team of founders, partners, employees, and ambassadors based in The Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, South Africa, Portugal and Germany. We love surfing. We even love surfing in cold water. We believe that the more you surf, the better you feel. Amazed at the high price of quality wetsuits, we made it our mission to design the wetsuit we couldn’t find, at a price we could afford.

After seven years of revolutionizing online wetsuit shopping, we’re ready to take our performance marketing to the next level. That’s where you come in.

What you’ll do

As our SEA Marketeer, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns to reach new audiences, drive conversions, and grow revenue. With a focus on multi-language and multi-country strategies, you’ll ensure our campaigns are tailored to local markets and seasonal trends. You’ll work with advanced tools like Channable to manage product feeds and implement strategies for grouping and promoting our products effectively.

You’ll also optimize ad performance through keyword research, conversion-focused copywriting, and landing page strategies while collaborating with the team to align efforts with broader business goals.

A typical day as SEA Marketeer

  • Analyze campaign performance across multiple countries and languages, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Manage and optimize Channable product feeds to ensure accurate and efficient product grouping and promotion.
  • Develop and execute seasonal strategies to capitalize on key sales periods.
  • Research and implement new keyword opportunities or exclude irrelevant ones to refine campaigns.
  • Create engaging, localized ad copy and landing pages together with our team to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Monitor key metrics and generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEA efforts with seasonal promotions, product launches, and other campaigns.

About you & what we expect

  • At least 5 years of experience managing SEA campaigns, ideally in the surf industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing multi-language and multi-country SEA strategies.
  • Strong experience with seasonal products and managing campaigns around key sales periods.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Channable for managing product feeds and automation.
  • Deep understanding of product grouping and feed management for optimized advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
