As our SEO Marketeer, you’ll lead the charge in improving SRFACE’s organic visibility, driving qualified traffic to our website, and increasing conversions. You’ll develop and execute a multi-country and multi-language SEO strategy, ensuring our website content aligns with the needs of surfers worldwide.

From keyword research and on-page optimization to content planning and technical SEO, you’ll ensure SRFACE ranks highly for relevant searches. You’ll collaborate with the team to create high-performing, localized content and monitor performance metrics to refine our strategies.

At SRFACE, we envision a world where surfers spend less money on their wetsuit and more time in the water. Our goal is to become the world’s largest wetsuit brand, setting the standard in the industry for accessibility, shopping experience, quality and innovation.

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms across multiple languages and countries.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs to improve rankings and user experience.
• Collaborate with the team to develop engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts, knowledge base articles and landing pages tailored to the surf industry.
• Manage and enhance site structure, internal linking, and navigation for better crawlability and user flow.
• Analyze search performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party platforms, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor technical SEO elements, such as page speed, mobile usability, and schema markup, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to keep SRFACE ahead of the curve.

• At least 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the surf industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing multi-language and multi-country SEO strategies.
• Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Experience optimizing for seasonal products and aligning strategies with promotional calendars.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
