Q: When should I use summer wetsuits?

A summer wetsuit is ideal for use in warmer water temperatures, generally between 15°C and 25°C (60°F to 72°F), where full thermal insulation isn’t required, but some protection is still essential. Summer wetsuits provide light insulation to keep you comfortable during long sessions, especially on cooler mornings, windy days, or after extended time in the water. Beyond warmth, a summer wetsuit also offers critical protection from the sun.
