Thick neoprene often means restricted movement, but not here. The Heat 2.0 uses a GridFlex™ lining across the upper body, shoulders, and arms. This lightweight nylon-spandex mix features a grid structure that minimizes water absorption while boosting stretch. The payoff: unrestricted paddling and freedom of movement where it matters most, even in a 6/5mm wetsuit.

Paired with the redesigned shoulder entry system, the wetsuit adapts perfectly to your body. A double-elastic adjustment delivers a snug, watertight seal that can be tightened or loosened with one hand, even with gloves on. No fiddling, no flushing, just a secure fit and all-day comfort.

PREMIUM MATERIALS FOR MAXIMUM WARMTH

At the core is the most flexible and lightest grade limestone-based neoprene foam available, offering superior insulation, durability, and stretch. It is engineered for cold-water performance and comfort.

On top of that, one of the biggest changes in the Heat 2.0 is the new HeatShield™ chest and back panels. This is the most advanced material we have used so far and a clear step up from traditional smoothskin. Because the HeatShield™ rubberized coating can be applied on top of regular double lined neoprene, we can finish these panels with GBS stitching and sealed seams all around. This not only strengthens the panels and improves water resistance, but also makes them far more durable in day-to-day use, reducing the surface damage and seam failures that smoothskin is more prone to.

In the water, HeatShield™ repels water, blocks windchill, and stays flexible while you paddle. It also gives you a natural bit of grip on your board without feeling sticky or stiff. All of this comes together to keep your core warmer and your wetsuit in better shape throughout the coldest winter sessions.

SEALED AGAINST THE COLD

Every element of the Heat 2.0’s construction is designed to stop cold water from finding its way in.

• 100% liquid-sealed external seams add durability and strength, now extended across the chest and back panels.
• Fully taped internal seams prevent irritation, reinforce the stitching, and provide an extra barrier against water entry.
• Precision-cut cuffs with inner stretch-limiting seals lock out flushing at the wrists and ankles.
• Seam-free lower legs make the wetsuit easier to put on, reduce seam tears or stress at the cuffs, and increase flexibility through the calves and knees.
• Abrasion-resistant knee pads handle the wear and tear of duck dives and pop-ups.

Together, this construction locks out water, locks in heat, and extends the lifespan of your wetsuit season after season.
