SRFACE Wetsuits

The perfect summer wetsuit

Warm water calls for a wetsuit that’s light, flexible, and easy to move in. The SRFACE summer wetsuit collection is designed for exactly that, just enough insulation to keep you comfortable, without overheating. If you're looking for a wetsuit for summer that can handle early mornings, breezy evenings, or longer sessions in the sun, you're in the right place.

Choose the right thickness

We offer 3/2mm and 2/2mm wetsuits, both built with high-quality limestone neoprene, with the exception of the Eco line made with Yulex® natural rubber, and minimal panel design for better stretch and comfort. These thicknesses are ideal for water temperatures starting around 14-20°C, depending on where and when you surf. Need help choosing the right one? Check out our summer wetsuit thickness guide for recommendations based on location and season.

Variety of summer wetsuit sizes

SRFACE provide a wide range of summer wetsuit sizes for men and women, so every surfer finds their perfect fit. We don’t carry just the regular sizes of wetsuits but also the Tall and Short variant. Don’t worry though, it’s not too overwhelming to choose the right size as you can use our Size Finder. Simply input your measurements and receive personalized size recommendations. That’s how easy it is.

FAQ's

FAQ

A summer wetsuit is ideal for use in warmer water temperatures, generally between 15°C and 25°C (60°F to 72°F), where full thermal insulation isn’t required, but some protection is still essential. Summer wetsuits provide light insulation to keep you comfortable during long sessions, especially on cooler mornings, windy days, or after extended time in the water.

Beyond warmth, a summer wetsuit also offers critical protection from the sun. Neoprene acts as a barrier against harmful UV rays, reducing the risk of sunburn and long-term skin damage, especially during peak daylight hours when you're most exposed. It also helps protect against rashes, stings, and abrasions from your board or reef making it a smart choice even in tropical climates where thermal protection isn’t the primary concern.

Proper care will extend the life and performance of your SRFACE summer wetsuit. After each session, rinse your wetsuit thoroughly with fresh, cold water to remove salt, sand, and other residues. Do not use hot water, detergents, or machine washing, as these can degrade the neoprene and seams.

Turn your wetsuit inside out while drying to protect the outer surface from UV damage. Hang it on a wide, padded hanger or fold it at the waist over a drying rack to prevent shoulder stretch. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources (like radiators or car trunks) which can cause the neoprene to become brittle over time.

Once fully dry inside and out, store your wetsuit in a cool, dry, and shaded place. For long-term storage, keep it hanging or loosely folded without creases, and avoid placing heavy items on top of it. With regular care, your SRFACE wetsuit will remain flexible, warm, and ready for the water whenever you are.

It’s best to avoid drying your wetsuit in direct sunlight. While it might seem like the quickest option, prolonged sun exposure can damage the neoprene, causing it to dry out, crack, and lose flexibility over time. UV rays can also fade the fabric and weaken the materials, shortening your wetsuit’s lifespan. For best results, rinse your wetsuit with fresh water after each session and hang it to dry in the shade, inside-out first, then flip it once the inside is dry.
