MANUFACTURING PRINCIPLES

A continuously updated product

We work without agents, importers, and shops. This allows us to manage our own inventory and manufacture smaller batches of wetsuits. With every batch we produce, we tweak and update our product based on your feedback.

A-grade materials

We source our materials from different leading suppliers. From Japanese limestone neoprene to the world’s best zips from YKK. We make and test samples with every new material we come across, to bring you the latest innovations.

The world's best wetsuit manufacturers

We’ve partnered with the world’s leading wetsuit manufacturers. Our partners have extensive experience in pattern making, raw materials, and wetsuit production. They share our values when it comes to quality and sustainability. Most importantly, we’ve become very close with our partners. We visit each factory regularly and have built a strong and transparent relationship with them, which we believe reflects in our products.

Every wetsuit is checked

Our wetsuits are carefully assembled by hand with attention to detail to ensure good quality standards. Every single wetsuit is checked before it’s shipped out. We focus on quality, so you can surf worry-free.

The Price-Quality-Planet framework

We only work with partners that share our values of quality and sustainability. It’s quite simple: if it doesn’t meet our standards, we don’t do it. If we’re not sure what material to use for our wetsuits or packaging, or if we have to choose between suppliers, we weigh the following components: Planet, Quality, and Price. We call this the PQP Framework. Read more about our sustainability efforts below.
